Lowrance Offshore Open

  • 2 month long tournament
  • Anglers have to log fish through the Keepnet App
  • Strict video standards to be met otherwise fish will be disqualified
  • Videos need to include name of angler, name of tournament, clear measurement of the fish and either a live release of the fish OR clear cutting of the tail in the video if keeping the fish.
  • There will be a bonus point awarded for every qualifying fish that is released alive
  • 5 species to count in this tournament: Dorado, Couta, Natal Snoek, Yellowfin Tuna and Billfish (Sailfish & Marlin)
  • Billfish to show holding the leader, fish next to the boat and live release.
  • All other species to show measurement from tip of nose/lip to the fork of the tail
  • 3 fish bag limit; app will auto cull
  • Species multiplier will be applied
  • Legible waters - South African coastal waters only
  • There is no minimum length for a fish to qualify
  • Entry fee per angler is USD$20.00 or ZAR equivalent on the day of payment
