WHAT TO BRING. Fishing rods (Max 5), Favorite fishing lures, sunscreen, Appropriate clothing for the weather, fishing license if over 17 years old.
The campers can decide to fish one day or both days of the 2024 camp. The campers will be on a bass boat with a maximum of two campers and one WMU bass team fisherman.
All the campers will begin the day at BC Pizza and once all the campers are checked in and all have their waiver signed, they will load up in team vehicles and head to Pine Lake. The campers will learn how to break down a lake as well as what baits are tournament stapes and also Bass Team secret baits. The campers will also learn how to make tournament winning decisions because, during the camp, the campers will compete in an MLF style tournament. The campers will compete for prizes provided by D&R Sports. The campers will be provided with water and snacks for the entire day of fishing.
